Job Description


Dynomax, Inc is expanding!  We are seeking a Project Administrator to help manage Aerospace Manufacturing Projects. Dynomax serves a diverse client base with multiple projects running concurrently. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a strong customer support background who desires exciting and challenging work.


The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the project management team members by assisting with management of the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for the project. He/she will play an integral role in guiding the project through to completion and ensuring client needs are met according to the project plan and requirements





  • Create customer Pro Forma invoicing and send, receive and process purchase orders
  • Review of invoices with accounting to ensure all information is correct before sending to customers.
  • Follow-up with appropriate departments to assure products and processes are progressing to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Create and maintain sale order documentation in both Epicor and paper files.
  • Support purchasing in data collection and help prepare material for analysis
  • Communicate with quality control department with regards to parts and their conformance reports
  • Communicate with shipping and receiving employees to make sure orders are ready to ship on time
  • Notify engineering team of revision changes on job-related documentation


Job Requirements


  • Knowledge of administrative procedures such as word processing and managing files and records
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services

  • Ability to problem solve and utilize basic math skills

  • Ability to effective communicate with external vendors, suppliers, customers and internal employees at all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an have advanced knowledge of Excel and/or spreadsheets 


  • An associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field is required
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
